NSDA BIG QUESTIONS DEBATE DISTRICTS: Feb. 23-25, 2022
Our NSDA Qualifier for Big Questions will be held virtually according to the following schedule:
Wednesday, Feb. 23 – 2 rounds starting at 5:00PM and 7:00PM.
Thursday, Feb. 24 – 2 rounds starting at 5:00PM and 7:00PM.
Friday, Feb. 25th – 2-3 rounds as time allows with a potential Final on Saturday or Sunday.

NJSDL ONLINE SPEECH FESTIVAL SERIES
Your school is invited to participate in the 2021-2022 New Jersey Speech and Debate League Online Speech Festivals. These festivals are designed to provide students an avenue to develop and share their public speaking and performance skills in a convenient, educational, and fun way!
Teachers will upload videos of student performances to be evaluated by a selection of educators and experienced judges! Students will receive commentary and feedback aimed at helping them improve their speaking, performance, and communication skills!
Students will receive recognition for their video submissions along with feedback from the evaluators! Teachers will also receive school recognition to display in their classroom, offices, or trophy cases!
Schools do not need to be members of the NJSDL to attend. See the invitation for more details.

NSDA announces FREE Springboard Series
The Springboard Series will provide a variety of opportunities including free online after-school scrimmages and two weekend tournaments during the 2021-22 school year. Both speech and debate events will be offered for current high school and middle school students. Events will offer a mixture of synchronous and asynchronous speech and debate opportunities.
The Springboard Series will begin in September. More details about events held after October will be available by September 2021. Register below or sign up to be notified about Springboard events.
